Waste collection in packaging industry
Each system for the extraction of packaging waste has different features capable of processing waste of different shapes and sizes.
Before obtaining an effective suction, a first production of collecting hoppers that reflect the needs of the manufacturer and the customer is necessary, as well as ensuring a correct evacuation of the waste.

Aspiration of waste packaging production
The machines that generate waste in packaging are the corrugator and the die cutting machines.
Through the use of a chopper fan able of vacuuming corrugated cardboard trimmings at a speed of 400 m/min, it is able to guarantee a perfect suction and size of scraps of pliers and dies.

Packaging waste transport
New Aerodinamica evaluates the best suppliers to offer high-end pipes that can be painted iron or stainless steel according to installation.
This type of pipes, thanks to its high thickness, tight joint systems and being completely smooth inside, prevents the material from blocking, causing a stop of the suction.

Separation of packaging residues
The transported packaging production material is discharged through aerodynamic separators that are sized by total air volume; This equipment operates without using mechanical seals as it stands in perfect balance with balancing fans.

Material filtration
The dust from the separator or the machines is filtered by dust collectors built according to the requirements in compliance with all the rules regarding sizing, the choice of filtering fabrics and control systems.
Each filter is equipped with an access ladder, railings and emission control points in line with current regulations.

Ventilation of packaging residues
In modern production processes, printing machines, as well as corrugators, require large movements of air volumes.
